Coastal Partnership East
Coastal Partnership East, formed in 2016, is a partnership of the coastal
management teams from three local authorities: North Norfolk District Council, Great
Yarmouth Borough Council and East Suffolk Council. The partnership is responsible
for managing 92km of the 173km of coast in Norfolk and Suffolk, from Kelling Hard in
North Norfolk to Landguard Point in Felixstowe.

Resilient Coast
Resilient Coasts is one of 25 projects, funded by Defra as part of the £200 million
Flood and Coastal Innovation Programmes which is managed by the Environment
Agency. The project will be completed in 2027 and is being led by Coastal Partnership East
on behalf of East Suffolk Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council.
